more dollars to yearly compensation, the real cost is in not having them to do most of the work.

Considering the earning ability of a drywall finisher working with automatic taping tools, alongside the limited capacity to earn for a drywall finisher working with hand tools, and methods, it appears that being without automatic tools is the more expensive, costly operation.
A good tool finisher can fall backwards into a pile of $10,000 more dollars per year.
Producing that addition to income with less time and effort, compared to a “hand finisher”.

In our industry, the widely accepted guide is that a journeyman “tool finisher” will produce 50% more work than a journeyman “hand finisher” of similar skill.
Generally speaking, if the hand finisher produces $50,000 worth of complete finished work. $75,000 worth of the same can be expected of the tool finisher. In the same time. With that addition of $25,000 to income, what is the tool cost?
Even if the tool finisher invested $7,500 in the set of tools and the training to operate them well.

I just don’t see anything that I could call a cost. I would also expect that if you bought your automatic taping tools with training valued at $2,500, that investment would pay for itself, twice, within your first year as a “tool finisher” of drywall.

My best example would have to be the Level 5 “Ultimate” Taping and Finishing set. Which I offer with 40 hours of live training for up to 3, on your jobsite. It includes the tools to power 2 full crews working at full production every day. That is 6 people at full production in the first year.

Sales price, including training for up to 3 personnel is $6,500.00. That is easily $1,000.00 less than what the yearly rental cost of a similar set of tools, for the first year. While the increased production of 6 crew members might be worth a minimum of $60,000, across that first year. Cost?

I still can't see a cost there, only large return on a relatively small investment in production increase.

The value of finishing drywall with Level5 automatic taping tools is high. Do you want a crew of 3 to do $225,000.00 worth of work for $150,000.00 this year?

Get them this set of Level5 tools to power them up, train them, and turn them loose on about 1000 sheets of drywall per week.
